If you haven’t used Care Hub before, read our step-by-step guide on how to request care. You can also:

Travel insurance claim

If you bought Worldwide Travel Cover and you're calling from within the UK, give us a call on 0345 602 3523. We're available Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

If you’re abroad and need to make an emergency travel claim, give us a call on +44 345 278 5605. We're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you need to make a claim on your life insurance, read our guide on how to make a life insurance claim first. Make sure you check when you’ll need to notify us by to make sure we can accept your claim.
