How do I add or remove someone from my health plan? 

If you have private health insurance and want to add or remove someone on your plan, log in to email us in Member Zone. 

If you have a business plan, or you’re a member of a trust scheme, please speak to your HR contact or scheme administrator.

How does my health insurance renewal work? 

We calculate your renewal premium using our unique ABC pricing method.

We look at:
  • your age
  • the base medical inflation rate
  • any claims you’ve made during your plan year
  • plus, your Healthy Living status.
By staying healthy, you can reduce the increase to your renewal premium.

How do I make a claim on my health plan?

  • access care depending on your condition 
  • request onward treatment
  • manage your treatment, bills and payments online.

What is Vitality GP? 

Vitality GP is the app that you can use to get a video appointment with a private GP. If you need onward treatment, they can also give you a referral so that you can request care from Care Hub.

Vitality GP is available to any Vitality member with the following health plans:
  • private health insurance
  • small business health insurance
  • corporate health insurance
  • Vitality at Work Business.

How do I add or remove someone from my life plan? 

If you have a life insurance plan and you want to add or remove someone on your plan, please give us a call on 0345 601 0072 . We're open Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 6pm and Friday 8:30am to 5pm. 

Please note that there may be an underwriting charge depending on how you change your plan.

How do I update my car plan? 

Log in to Member Zone. In the Car section you can:
  • check your car plan details on the Cover summary page
  • upload proof of your No Claims Discount on the Documents page
  • update your named driver details on the Named driver page, if you added other people to your plan.
If you need to update your details, please give us a call on 0345 026 0010. We're open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

How do I make a claim on my car plan?

How do I update my investment plan? 

Give us a call on 0333 996 0400. We're open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you’re calling from overseas, please dial +44 20 8161 9556. This call will be charged at your phone provider’s standard rate.

Calls to ‘03’ numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number, whether from a mobile or landline. If you get inclusive ‘free calls to local rate numbers with your landline or mobile tariff, calls to ‘03’ numbers will be included.
